"Diamonds in the Sun" sú známi svojou atleticitou, rýchlym tempom a výrazným štýlom hry. Tím viedol úspešný tréner Mande Juruni a jeho súčasným kapitánom je Jimmy Enabu. "Diamonds in the Sun" sú jedným z najúspešnejších basketbalových tímov východnej Afriky a majú vysoké ambície reprezentovať Ugandu na najvyššej úrovni medzinárodného basketbalu.
