Herentals FC

Herentals F.C. are a football club from Harare, Zimbabwe currently playing in the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League. It is associated with Herentals Group of Colleges, a private education service.

College played their first season in the Zimbabwe second division in 2016 after acquiring the license of a defunct team, Bindura United.

Herentals won the 2017 Northern Region Division One championship, gaining promotion to the top flight Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League for the first time. They finished their maiden top-flight season in 6th place after getting off to a slow start with only two wins from their first seven top flight matches.

Futbalový klub Herentals FC je zimbabwiansky profesionálny futbalový klub so sídlom v meste Harare. Klub bol založený v roku 2015 a v súčasnosti hráva v Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League, najvyššej futbalovej lige v krajine. Domovským štadiónom klubu je štadión Rufaro v Harare.

Herentals FC sa stal jedným z najúspešnejších klubov v Zimbabwe v posledných rokoch. Klub vyhral Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League v sezónach 2019 a 2020 a Zimbabwe Cup v roku 2018. Klub sa tiež zúčastnil afrických klubových súťaží, ako sú Liga majstrov CAF a Konfederačný pohár CAF.

Herentals FC je známy svojou útočnou hrou a produkoval niekoľko talentovaných hráčov, ktorí reprezentovali Zimbabwe na medzinárodnej úrovni. Medzi pozoruhodných hráčov klubu patria Knox Mutizwa, Evans Rusike a Talent Chawapiwa.

V sezóne 2022/23 skončil Herentals FC na 3. mieste v Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League. Klub tiež dosiahol štvrťfinále Zimbabwe Cupu.
